Yes, I'm fairly newb to the mission running bits.....but is there any place to find what missions have a chance to drop faction items/from what structures? I was using eve info, but it seems way out of date and wasting time shooting a Gurista War...

I didn't see this mentioned in the patch notes which is why I ask? Is it to cutdown on the # of fleet offers? Were implants too expensive? Did you want it to be easier for the 0.0 guys and harder for the Empire guys due to the rarity of the tag...
